Impulse is a non-custodial browser extension wallet that lets users research and trade tokens directly where they discover them, on X (Twitter), Telegram, Reddit and other websites. When a ticker, cashtag or contract address appears on a page, Impulse injects a buy button next to it and maps it to the correct contract, so users can swap without copying the address into a separate trading terminal. Alongside trading, Impulse shows an overlay with token research: price charts, holder distribution via Bubblemaps, fomo and pump.fun holder data and theses, token popularity among Impulse users, and user-written token theses. It can also analyze an X profile to show which tokens that account holds and its recent trades. Impulse also supports tokenized stocks and RWA assets. The wallet is fully non-custodial: private keys are stored locally in the user's browser and there is no backend holding user funds, which was verified in an independent audit by Solidproof. IMPS is the project's native utility token.
