A0G

Ascend is a liquid staking protocol on 0G, a Layer 1 blockchain for on-chain AI with data availability, storage and compute secured by a proof-of-stake validator set. Users deposit 0G into the Ascend vault and receive a0G, an ERC-20 token that represents a share of the staked position. The deposited 0G is delegated to 0G validators and the staked position is additionally deployed into Symbiotic, a restaking protocol. Staking rewards are collected by an operator process and added to the vault, which raises the amount of 0G each a0G can be redeemed for. a0G can be held, transferred, provided as DEX liquidity or used as collateral while the underlying 0G continues to earn staking rewards.
